Caliber</strong>. I watched him Intently as he got out all his Gear to Load and shoot this revolver. It took him awhile as he had to Get the lead balls,

did not dislike the .270 Win.  Ther is a lot of knowledge available between the covers of good books.  One of my weaknesses has always been good books.

			<description><![CDATA[ My Dad was not a gun person by any streach.  He did feel that his children should be taught to shoot.   He had received a Sears Roebucks Ranger .22 LR Single
shot rifle from his dad and my mother who grewup on a farm had been given a Winchester 1900 22 single shot rifle in .22 Long when she was quite young.  We were
taught to shoot safely in our back yard using these 2 single shot rifles.  My brother requested Dad&#39;s 22 Ranger and got it.  I kept Mother&#39;s 1900

Yesterday I decided it was time to get back to shooting my Savage 219 Single shot rifle in .22 Hornet. I took a box of Factory Remington ammo and a box of Hand
loads I had worked up late last fall for this rifle. The hand loads really showed what this little rifle was capable of. Below is the Target I shot using both

			<description><![CDATA[ Reflecting on the Smiths I got this year made me think of all the other guns I got this year.  Not many were purchased outright, I did a lot of trading,
selling and swapping but did pretty good this year.  Along with 5 smiths mentioned down in the General Smith discussion I picked up a Winchester model 70 in
300 H&amp;H, Ruger early model single six in 22 Mag only.  Ruger 44 Carbine was a nice trade.  Mama bought me the Ruger Charger with the gray laminate stock.

I have decided to Hunt Deer in a  couple of weeks with my <strong>Savage model 99, In .300 Savage Caliber</strong>. I have been Playing with a new load using a
<strong>150 Grain Bonded Bullet and IMR-3031 Powder</strong>. It is real close to being perfect so when I get a Nice Print out of groups I will Post a Picture.
